Andrea Syrtash is a Relationship Expert and the Founder of pregnantish, the first media platform exclusively dedicated to helping people  navigate fertility treatments and infertility. A regular on-air personality, Andrea’s hosted television shows for Oprah’s OWN, Discovery and Fox; and regularly appears as a guest expert on TV and radio shows across the country. She’s the author of popular books including, “He’s Just Not Your Type (And That’s a Good Thing)” and “Cheat On Your Husband (With Your Husband)” published by Penguin Random House. Andrea has presented on how to better navigate relationships, most recently at the TED “Makers” conference, and facilitated focus groups in the sexual health space for the past decade. She’s the host of the pregnantish podcast, frequently picked up by broadcast media outlets like Insider, Yahoo! and Apple News. After navigating infertility for close to a decade and having her daughter via gestational surrogacy in 2018, Andrea made it her mission to break the taboo of infertility, elevate the conversation around modern family building and support people fighting to have families. 

Katie Duffy is an insights leader at the intersection of storytelling, integrated marketing and consumer research. Katie helps brands express their voice and values through insights-fueled storytelling. Previously, she ran Insights Marketing at Meta helping senior marketing leaders understand cultural trends, refine advertising and marketing strategies, fuel product innovation, and prepare for the future. She spearheaded Meta’s first annual trends report and developed Meta’s deep understanding of audiences like Gen Z. Katie helped establish Meta’s voice on emerging futures like the metaverse, augmented reality and virtual reality and what it will mean for people. And, she represented Meta’s voice on consumer and technological shifts across numerous industry stages. Her deep understanding of consumer behavior comes from almost a decade in market research and brand strategy partnering with a robust roster of Fortune 500 companies. Katie knows all too well the challenge of having a baby and navigating the fertility journey as an older mother and is incredibly grateful for the help she and her partner, Matt, received from supportive fertility specialists to have her son, Henry.

Carolyn Kossow, MScCarolyn Kossow (she/her) is a gender, queer, and racial justice communications professional and activist based in Brooklyn, NY. She received both her Masters and Bachelors degrees in Gender Studies (London School of Economics and Hamilton College, respectively) with a focus on reproductive health, and is dedicated to a life and career advocating for social justice. Carolyn supports the work of pregnantish through subject matter expertise, content creation, and project management. Carolyn’s work and research has utilized critical-race, queer, and feminist theories to examine reproductive health injustices worldwide with specific focus on racism and classism within assisted reproductive technologies (i.e., egg donation and surrogacy). She has worked in several nonprofits and start-ups advocating for economic, racial, LGBTQ, and gender justice at a local and global scale.

Oren Rappaport Oren is a marketing research consultant who has specialized in data-driven analytics and insights for over 20 years, with unique expertise in the areas of customer satisfaction, customer experience and strategic management. He has a wide range of global experience designing, analyzing and presenting research findings to clients to help them improve and better understand their customers’ experiences. An expert in utilizing data analytics, he focuses on areas that are likely to have the greatest impact from a customer improvement perspective to maximize his clients’ “bang for the buck.” He also seeks to uncover those factors ultimately responsible for poor performance via root-cause analysis.  has been an integral partner and project lead for approximately 200 consulting and analytic engagements serving numerous industries. Oren also was awarded a U.S. patent for co-developing an innovative online marketing sales tool. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, he received his MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.

Ron Rappaport Ron Rappaport is a professional writer and analyst with a proven track record of ideating, creating and delivering strategic content from concept to execution. He began his career in market research at the dawn of the Internet industry in Silicon Valley. As an Industry Analyst, Ron advised executives and authored white paper analyses on product and communication strategies for Fortune 500 clients including Microsoft, HP, IBM, Intel, Adobe and Apple. He helped design, analyze and author primary research studies and presented results to clients, personally consulting with c-suite executives including the CEOs of Microsoft, Google and eBay. Ron has been quoted in dozens of business publications such as Wall Street Journal, New York Times and Washington Post. Most recently, Ron has been creating content for Disney and Netflix. Ron graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with degrees in Economics and Psychology. He currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two daughters.

Stephanie Berez (Strategic Marketing Advisor)Stephanie is a marketer, brand strategist, and innovator who believes that life is best when collaborating with strong minds, grounded in meaningful purpose. She takes a disciplined and creative approach to helping brands + businesses unleash their potential, leveraging 25 years of experience across Marketing, Sales & Supply Chain at Church & Dwight, Cadbury, Pfizer, and currently Twinings tea as Vice President of Marketing, North America. Stephanie is a respected marketing expert in sexual & reproductive health, having worked in the field for nearly 15 years including her time leading Marketing for Trojan condoms, lubricants and vibrators & First Response pregnancy test kits. She has worked closely with prominent sexual health experts & educators, the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, the FDA, the Center for Sexual Health Promotion at the Indiana University School of Public Health, and public health departments. Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (BA, History & Psychology), the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University (MBA) and holds certificates from Dartmouth College (Tuck Business Bridge), the Center for Creative Leadership, and Thayer Leadership at West Point.

Jill Rosen, B.Sc.H. (Strategic Healthcare Advisor) – Jill is a career pharma brand marketer, with over 20 years of healthcare marketing, advertising, CME, sales, and new product development experience. She has worked in both the U.S. and Canada for leading healthcare companies like Wyeth (now Pfizer), Johnson & Johnson, and Anderson DDB Health & Lifestyle, with particular expertise in mental health, vaccines, medical devices, and women’s health. As a strategic healthcare consultant, Jill advises on how best to partner with industry and healthcare providers to achieve patient treatment and brand marketing goals in adherence with all regulatory requirements, for both direct-to-consumer and professional research, media, education, and advertising initiatives.

Inger Britt Carlsson, PhD (Strategic Healthcare Advisor) With over 30 years’ experience Dr Carlsson has strong knowledge of the global fertility markets having served in a medical affairs capacity for many of the world’s leading fertility and women’s health companies. Since joining industry she has focused on developing and overseeing educational initiatives as well as overseeing scientific abstracts, publications, research and research collaborations while initiating, building and managing internal/external relationships with recognized clinical and research experts.  She obtained her PhD in Medical Science at the Karolinska Institutet in Sweden, where she researched folliculogenesis, oocyte maturation, and ovarian function.
